Mackenzy Metcalfe is the Executive Director of the Canadian Alliance of Student Associations. In this role, she oversees all federal research, advocacy, communications, and policy development on behalf of college, university and graduate students from Canada.
Before completing her Master of Political Management, Mackenzy worked as a Research Intern at Summa Strategies. Mackenzy’s prior experience in provincial, federal and municipal campaigns, as well as her experience in student advocacy during her undergraduate degree helped prepared her for the Riddell Program and for working government relations in Ottawa.
Originally from Windsor, Ontario, Mackenzy also holds an Bachelors of Arts (Honours) in International Relations from Western University. Her experience in all three levels of government, international affairs, and various community organizations gives her a unique perspective of the political field in Canada and abroad.
