Rhys is the Senior Manager (Federal Government Relations) at TELUS Communications. In this role, he is responsible for managing the company’s relationship with politicians, staff, and public servants. Previously, Rhys was a consultant for various health and life sciences companies, where he worked on policies ranging from pricing to bringing COVID-19 vaccines to Canada.
In addition to a Master’s in Political Management, Rhys holds a Bachelor of Public Affairs and Policy Management from Carleton University.
