Awarded annually to students enrolled in a Religion program at Carleton University who are undertaking travel in support of their studies. Application to the Davidson Fund Committee is required. Established in 2011 from the Edgar and Dorothy Davidson Fund in Religious Studies.
Applications are now open for the travel bursary.
In order to apply, please submit the following documents in one email to religion@carleton.ca:
- Outline how the travel is necessary for your academic work
- Submit an approximate pre-travel budget
- A brief letter of support from a faculty member (email or scanned doc)
The Davidson Fund Committee will be accepting applications from Sept. 2024 until April 30th, 2025.
Students who apply will be notified promptly whether they will receive funding; however, exact amounts will only be allocated and awarded in May 2025 once all applications have been equally received and evaluated.
