Timothy is President and Creative Director at Banfield, a leading bilingual, Ottawa-based creative marketing communications agency. Through his foundation in design psychology, eye for artistic quality and relentless work-ethic, Timothy has helped build an agency that reflects his personal values of passion, honesty, integrity and accountability. A mainstay of the Banfield team since joining in 2002, Timothy continues to be incredibly hands-on, playing a critical role in creative direction, development, and execution for the agency’s diverse roster of local, national and global clients. He applies an impressive skillset, eye for artistic quality and focused intelligence to delivering highly effective and beautifully designed creative brand and marketing communications solutions.
As a creative professional and business leader, Timothy balances instinct and introspection with the strengths and perspectives of others, encouraging the best ideas to come forward. Timothy is fully bilingual and holds a Graphic Design diploma from Dawson College and is certified with the Association of Registered Graphic Designers.

Véronique brings enthusiasm, flair and a wealth of experience in project management to her role as Director of Client Services and Partner at Banfield, a leading bilingual, Ottawa-based creative marketing communications agency.
Fluently bilingual, Véronique draws on her degree in business and her strong interpersonal skills to find innovative solutions for her clients. She excels at developing sincere, authentic and strong collaborative relationships built on trust with both clients and the Banfield team. She is responsible for managing a variety of client accounts across all sectors and providing direction and a global vision for all projects, ensuring that all branding and marketing communications deliverables are firmly grounded in a strategically sound understanding of her client’s business — and deliver on their business objectives.
Véronique is fascinated by the forces that drive consumer behaviour, is passionate about building brands and crafting the right message to connect with people, and places an unwavering focus on collaboration and results for Banfield’s local, national and global clients.
Véronique holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Université de Montréal – HEC Montréal.

Lindsay is Director of Strategy at Banfield, a leading bilingual, Ottawa-based creative marketing communications agency.
When it comes to brand development, the process is just as important as the end product. Throughout any project, Lindsay works in consultation with key stakeholders to uncover insights and ensure her client’s culture and values are considered and well represented in the resulting brand work.
Lindsay brings extensive brand experience from her work within creative agencies, national corporations and start-up companies. She has a talent for quickly grasping the big picture business context and uncovering key insights to drive brand, marketing and creative strategies that deliver measurable results. Lindsay applies her critical thinking skills, collaborative approach, decisiveness and innate curiosity to tackle complex challenges and build brands for impact and longevity.
Since joining Banfield, Lindsay has provided strategic direction – including brand repositioning and development – for high-profile clients across a broad range of sectors and industries, including higher education, as well as government and non-profit.
Lindsay holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Philosophy from Queen’s University as well as a Marketing diploma from the International Academy of Design.

Craig has a passion for big ideas and a discerning eye for executing work with the highest level of craft.
Craig plays a critical role in creative problem solving, concept development, and content execution at Banfield. He fully immerses himself in a client’s business in order to provide strategic advice, creative direction and writing that are highly aligned with their business objectives.
Craig has extensive experience with clients across sectors and industries, from global Fortune 500 enterprises to local not-for-profit organizations. His work has received national and international recognition.
Craig holds a Bachelor of Humanities degree from Carleton University as well as an Advertising Copywriting certificate from Humber College, and has honed his craft at other well-regarded shops including Leo Burnett and john st.
