Danial Dashti Daryan is an M.A.Sc. student in our research group. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree from Sharif University of Technology in Iran. His research interests include earthquake engineering, performance-based seismic design, and nonlinear modelling of structures with a focus on concrete structures. He is currently working on a new shear hinge model that could capture the behaviour of shear-critical concrete elements under reversed-cyclic loading. He is also working in the CSALT lab on the “Concrete 3D-Printing” project alongside one of our PhD students, Morteza Mohemmi.
