The CONNECT Project

The CONNECT project is a two-year national research and development initiative aimed at improving safety for novice and mature drivers by investigating how people interact with Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) and preparing them for SAE Level 3 automated vehicles. Through large-scale data analysis, simulation and test track studies, and the development of an evidence-based training program, CONNECT seeks to optimize human-vehicle interaction and enhance driver readiness, trust, and engagement.
