As a next step for the CED program, CLC hopes to launch a new initiative in the coming year entitled Expanding Horizons. The initiative will help CED program participants progress to the next level in their lives, (such as employment outside the Co-op, personal and professional growth, skills development and long-term self-sustainability, etc.). Ideally, CLC would like to offer full-time employment to a CED program participant. Stay tuned for updates on this initiative.
