- Email sent must follow guidelines in the policy
- Email administrators must only send email out to their specific audience(s).
- Communication sent by email must be owned by the department or sender and not sent on behalf of another department or person or copied from another communication vehicle.
- Email administrators must not send out email out to students if it is not in regard to University business.
