On June 13, 2013, the Jean Monnet Chair in the EU’s Eastern Neighbourhood Relations at Carleton University and the Canada-Europe Transatlantic Dialogue (CETD) co-hosted a policy workshop on “The European Union’s External Energy Relations: Russian and Canadian Dimensions” at Carleton in Ottawa, Canada.
In this recording from the workshop, Prof. Joan DeBardeleben (holder of the Jean Monnet Chair and Carleton faculty member) introduces the three experts on EU-Russian Energy Relations that were featured at the workshop: Dr. Amelia Hadfield (Jean Monnet Chair, Vrije Universiteit Brussel), Dr. Nikolay Kaveshnikov (Jean Monnet Chair, Head of Department of European Integration Studies, Moscow State Institute of International Relations, MGIMO-University), and Dr. Andrei Belyi (Centre for EU-Russian Studies, University of Tartu).
