The international conference “Street Politics in the Age of Austerity: From the Indignados to Occupy,” was held at the Université de Montréal on February 21, 2013, with support from the Canada-Europe Transatlantic Dialogue (canada-europe-dialogue.ca/).

In this video, Dr. Héloïse Nez, Lecturer of Sociology, Université de Tours discusses her research on the Indignados movement in Spain and the tension between the processes of globalization and localization of collective action.
