This video was produced at an policy workshop entitled “Promoting the Digital Economy: Perspectives from Europe and Canada,” co-sponsored by the Centre for European Studies (EU Centre of Excellence), the Canada-Europe Transatlantic Dialogue, EUNIC Cluster Ottawa, and the Embassy of France in Canada.
