In this interview, Dr. Susan Stewart (Deputy Head of the Eastern Europe and Eurasian Division, Stiftung Wissenschaft und Politik, Berlin) discusses the conduct of Russian foreign policy during the Ukraine crisis, and its implications for the European Union-Russia relationship.
The interview was conducted by Dr. Joan DeBardeleben at a policy workshop entitled “Ukraine and Beyond: Is the EU’s Eastern Partnership an effective policy for its neighbours?”. The workshop was held at Carleton University on March 31, 2014.
