Armand de Mestral, Jean Monnet Professor of Law, McGill University and Canada-Europe Transatlantic Dialogue lead researcher, co-organized and participated in a conference at the Westin Hotel in Ottawa on September 25, 2015. The title of the conference was “Investor State Arbitration between Developed Democracies: A Policy under Challenge.”
The Conference was organized by the Centre for International Governance Innovation (CIGI), where Prof. de Mestral is a Senior Fellow.
