This policy brief is part of The Jean Monnet Network on EU-Canada Relations: The EU and Canada in Dialogue, housed at Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada. The project supports a network involving Carleton University and four European partner universities: University of Antwerp, Technical University Darmstadt, Technical University Munich, and University of Latvia.
