Abstract

Inclusive design is not an afterthought, it can be considered from the beginning of a project and incorporated to delight all users. If one can understand better the experience of those with disabilities using the Web, multimedia, and apps as well as what the major disabilities and challenges are they will realize how most have some level of difficulty that can be assisted by accessible design. Get to know why accessibility matters to everyone, not just those with disabilities and learn which assistive technologies can typically be used to mitigate these issues.
