The Post-Baccalaureate Diploma in Accounting provides students who have an undergraduate degree in any discipline with the prerequisite core courses to be eligible to apply to the Sprott Master of Accounting (MAcc) program or enter the CPA Professional Education Program (PEP), pathways leading to the Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation and a career in professional accounting.
The Post-Baccalaureate Diploma in Accounting is delivered primarily online..
The Sprott Master of Accounting (MAcc) is CPA Accredited and includes an internship. MAcc graduates can proceed directly to the CPA Common Final Exam, one of the last steps toward achieving the CPA designation. The MAcc goes beyond the CPA professional requirements by providing students with all four competencies in the accounting field: assurance, tax, finance and performance management. This breadth of knowledge prepares graduates to work in a variety of professional roles. The MAcc program is delivered in person and is offered as a full-time and part-time stream.
