Overview
CIRA Net Good Grants fund community-led internet projects to build a resilient, trusted, and secure internet for all Canadians. Funding is available for infrastructure, online safety, and policy engagement projects that prioritize benefits for Northern, rural, and Indigenous communities as well as students (kindergarten to grade 12 and post-secondary).
Eligibility Criteria
Organizations must be based in Canada and projects, while they can have a broader impact, must benefit Canadians. University researchers are required to provide a letter confirming the lead researcher’s employment by the academic institution.
