Printing on Departmental Devices
There are two ways to send print jobs to your departmental device: standard, and confidential. Standard printing immediately prints any job sent to the device, making printing quick and convenient. Alternatively, confidential printing requires the user to swipe their card at the device before the document is printed, making printing more secure for sensitive documents.
