Printing on Departmental Devices

There are two ways to send print jobs to your departmental device: standard, and confidential. 

• Standard printing immediately prints any job sent to the device, making printing quick and convenient.
• Confidential printing requires the user to swipe their card at the device before the document is printed, making printing more secure for sensitive documents.
