I hold an Honors Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Toronto with a specialization in Molecular Biology. I am currently a Masters student in the Health Science, Technology and Policy program at Carleton University. My goal for this program is to use my knowledge from my biology and research background to help tackle key problems in rural health. My research with the spatial determinants of health lab focuses on the creation of an interactive mapping tool to support health planning and delivery within rural communities of Eastern Ontario. We hope to provide knowledge of the population, access to health care services and inequalities in the current system to allow health care providers to make better informed decisions.
