Jon holds a BA (Hons) in Philosophy from Carleton University. He completed his MA in Philosophy at Carleton University in 2012, and his B.Phil in Philosophy at the University in Oxford at 2014. His current doctoral research is focused on developing a framework to help governments more effectively pursue ethical development programs.
