I graduated from Shanghai Ocean University with a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Engineering. After obtaining an MSc in Food Science and Human Nutrition from National University of Singapore, I am currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Chemistry with a Specialization in Biochemistry at Carleton University.
My research interests lie at the intersection of analytical chemistry, food integrity, alternative protein and data science. My Ph.D. project aims to address food safety, authenticity and quality issues through developing green analytical methods and high-throughput strategies. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, music, traveling and the outdoors.
