“Students seem to be enthusiastic about going into the federal public service again.”

That’s according to Kathy Brock, the president of the Canadian Association of Programs in Public Administration. Brock was interviewed by CBC News, along with Robert Shepherd, an Associate Professor in Carleton’s School of Public Policy and Administration (SPPA).
