Shelley Hartman (graduated in November 2013 with a BA in Greek and Roman Studies) will present a paper on “Entropy, Individualism and the Collapse of Empires” at the 2014 conference of the European Association of Archaeologists in Istanbul this September (https://www.eaa2014istanbul.org/site).
