Personal information collected through this form will be used and disclosed by Carleton University under the authority of the Carleton University Act, 1957, and the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities Act, in accordance with sections 39, 41 and 42 of Ontario’s Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.

The purpose of this processing is to establish, enhance and maintain our alumni engagement. We will use the contact information provided to inform you about alumni or philanthropic events in which you may be interested, or to participate in future engagement activities. If you explicitly consented to be profiled, you understand that the university may publish the information exactly as provided and is not responsible for any errors or omissions.
