Mahalia Baguio

Mahalia graduated from the University of Toronto with a HBSc in Medical Anthropology and a minor in Biomedical Communications, where she developed a passion for amplifying health inequities and systemic challenges in illicit and restricted substance legislation. She is currently a MSc Candidate in the Health: Science, Technology and Policy program. Her research will focus on creating a dashboard using geographic information systems (GIS) and R for trauma- and violence-informed physical activity.
