Mock Bomb Disposal
Students had the opportunity to view a mock bomb disposal demonstration as part of an IPIS course on Explosives taught by by Ettore Contestabile. The Ottawa Police Service bomb disposal unit demonstrated a robot using highly pressurized water to “blow up” a package. This is just one method of bomb disposal, and this demonstration is one of the many unique learning activities offered in our program.
