Carleton University mobile device recycling program
Mobile Devices that are still in workable condition will be wiped and used as emergency loaner devices and/or for departments requiring short term usage.
Carleton University has partnered with an outside vendor to securely wipe and destroy cell phones, tablets, and data cards. All personal and corporate information will be removed, even if the mobile device is broken or the screen is cracked. Once a phone is dropped off it cannot be returned.
