Our corporate plan includes a 2 year warranty on all devices purchased from the Available Devices list.
This includes:
– Replacement with a refurbished device if there is an out-of-warranty defect
– Replacement with a refurbished device if there is accidental damage with a $135 processing fee.
You can submit a warranty request by putting in a ticket with the ITS Service Desk or through the contact us form.
