A chairperson will be designated for each session who is responsible for assembling speakers’ slides and giving time limit warnings to each speaker. The chairperson will reach out to lightning talk presenters in the same session in advance of the conference.

Symposia: Chairs of symposia are responsible for organizing speakers’ materials and allocating/managing speaking time. A laptop will be provided at the speaker podium. Sessions are 90 minutes in length and we recommend that each presentation be limited to 15 minutes (for sessions with 4 speakers) or 12 minutes (for sessions with 5 speakers) to allow sufficient time for questions and discussion.
