Based within the SickKids Research Institute, we are looking for a Post-Doctoral Researcher to join our team, supporting equity, diversity and inclusion within the transformational research conducted at SickKids.
The Faculty Development & Diversity Office creates, implements, and monitors policies, plans and programs to promote diversity and facilitate inclusion within the SickKids Research Institute. The Post-doctoral Fellow, EDI, will analyze data using quantitative and qualitative methods and integrate their research to build a culture where all members of the SickKids Research Institute community feel valued, respected and validated. The successful candidate will arrive with a well-developed research portfolio and be a highly organized, motivated, and productive individual committed to embedding EDI best practice into scientific research, with the ability to engage in a wide spectrum of health research programs. This intellectually rich opportunity will grow EDI competency, enhance organizational culture, and enable excellence and innovation in the SickKids Research Institute.
