If you are a postdoctoral fellow supervisor and would like to extend, renew or restart a fellowship, please complete the Postdoc Extension and Renewal Form.
Extension is used when you would like to extend the fellowship by 1 month – 11 months.
Renewal is used when you would like to renew the fellowship by 12 months or more.
New contract is used when you would like to restart a fellowship after a break in service or you are changing the salary.
Once you have completed this form, please send to the Academic Relations Coordinator for processing.
