Carleton University Retention Schedule (CURS)
The Carleton University Retention Schedule (CURS) is managed by CU-CRA and the University Secretariat and reviewed regularly by the Advisory Committee on University Records (ACUR). The schedule covers most major common university records across campus as well as function-specific record groups for departments. CURS is a living document and is revised as required to meet the needs of key stakeholders, changes to legislation and policy, and major process changes in university departments. This retention schedule applies to records in all formats: hard copy or digital.
