Mostafa Toopchinezhad completed his MASc in 2025 as a member of our research group. His thesis was part of a collaborative project with the National Research Council of Canada, focusing on investigating and quantifying the effect of structural redundancy on the seismic performance and collapse of buildings under earthquake loading. Before beginning his MASc, Mostafa worked in our group as a Research Assistant under an NSERC-USRA award. He earned his Bachelor’s degree from Shiraz University in Iran.
