Exam Support Ticket

Students and Faculty can report exam related issues or contact the department about exam related concern via an Exam Support Ticket. A staff member relevant to the subject of your query will be assigned to your ticket and we will strive to respond to your query within 24 hours during regular business hours.

Scheduling and Examination Services can also be contacted by email via OnlineExams@carleton.ca for online exam matters and ExamRoom@carleton.ca for anything relating to in-person exams at a McIntyre Exam Centre location. The inbox is monitored during regular business hours.

Hours of Operation

Exam support services operate according to the schedule below. During formally scheduled exam periods such as finals and deferrals, the exam support services run when final exams are scheduled. Operating hours will be extended to accommodate exams that opt into MEC services during the teaching term.
