Welcome to Carleton’s Scheduling and Examination Services (SES) Department! SES is the department mandated with creating course timetables and coordinating formally scheduled final examinations on behalf of the university community. SES provides five essential services to our university community: Space Management/Room Bookings, Course Timetabling, Scheduling and Administering Examinations, the McIntyre Exam Centre and Proctor Services for External Exams. Scheduling and Examination Services COVID-19 Information

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Scheduling and Examination Services continues to operate remotely during our regular business hours (8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday).

In-person service is not being provided at our campus location. The best ways to connect with Scheduling and Examination Services are listed below.
