This year’s events will be presented in a combination of in-person and virtual formats. For in-person events, there will be an option to join via Zoom. Check out this year’s agenda below.

Exams Session for Faculty and Staff (Digital Exam Sign-In and CoMaS+ Upgrade)
A faculty session on exams; however, everyone is welcome. This session will provide two technical demonstrations. First, digital exam sign-in, which will eventually replace the paper attendance sheets during examinations. We beta tested this solution over the summer and will continue to scale, with the objective of a wide-scale implementation by Winter 2026. Secondly, CoMaS+, which replaces the legacy CoMaS. CoMaS+ is not the e-Proctoring tool that was introduced during the pandemic; this application can also facilitate in-person digital examinations.
