Led by Prof. Steve Ulrich, the Spacecraft Robotics and Control Laboratory is a graduate research laboratory within the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at Carleton University.
The laboratory engages in cutting-edge fundamental research in the general areas of machine learning, control, and robotics. Specific areas of application of the novel control, learning, motion planning and computer vision algorithms include spacecraft proximity operations and formation flying. The laboratory houses several world-class experimental facilities and works in close collaboration with industries and governmental organizations.
