Under funding awarded by the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC) and the Consortium for Aerospace Research and Innovation in Canada (CARIC), Prof. Ulrich’s Spacecraft Robotics and Control Laboratory partners with Bombardier Aerospace on an industrial R&D project related to the development of innovative real-time mass and center of gravity estimation algorithms and related software. This project leverages the lab’s expertise in optimization methodologies and real-time stochastic estimation techniques.
