Rolene Guilland is a PhD candidate in the School of Public Policy and Administration. Building on over 19 years of experience in international development and supporting countries’ agendas for achieving sustainable development targets, she has focused her research on Canada’s foreign policy strategies in the area of maternal health.
Rolene is committed to advancing the thinking around development assistance with the aim of contributing to a more effective approach to aid programming.
