Susan Kharel is a PhD student at the School of Public Policy and Administration at Carleton University. She is a proud graduate of the Master of Public Policy and Administration (MPPA) at Carleton University and a Hons Bachelor of Public Administration and Political Science from the University of Ottawa.
Susan joins the PhD program with nearly a decade of experience with the Federal Government of Canada in various program/policy domains. Susan is currently working with the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat. Susan is passionate about social policy, pay inequity and fostering federal-provincial-territorial partnerships to strengthen policy development and implementation in the public sector.
