Megan Conway is focused on research questions about capacity building, place-based change and the role of intermediaries, specifically community foundations in mediating and mitigating local challenges. Megan has worked for over twenty years leading national-scale social change initiatives and is most proud of her work in initiating and leading social purpose partnerships and programs that have been long-standing. She is a recognized leader who has strong capacities in organizational design and change, community engagement and strategic learning. She is currently leading an international research collaboration with colleagues in Australia to investigate the role of community foundations in adapting to emergent change. Megan is also an Executive in Residence with Capacity Canada where she leads their research and strategic learning activities.
