On Monday, Jan. 25, nearly 230 Carleton University students participated in the CU75 Social Photo Booth event to help spread the word about the CU75 campaign, which is showcasing some of the amazing people who have called Carleton home. Students visited the Residence Dining Hall at Residence Commons to snap and share their photos on Twitter, Facebook or Instagram along with the #CU75 hashtag. Participants had the opportunity to win one of five bookstore gift cards.
While Carleton’s 75th anniversary is taking place in 2017, the university is already looking ahead to its 100th in 2042. Students are being asked to visit CU75.ca/YouIn2042 where they can answer the question: Where do you want to be in 2042? Each participant will be entered for a chance to win an iPad Mini and the contest wraps up on Monday, Feb. 1, 2016.
