We are thrilled to announce that “For her contributions to public policy and administration as one of Canada’s pre-eminent scholars of northern policy and Indigenous political development”, Dr. Frances Abele has been appointed to the Order of Canada. This is a well deserved recognition and we extend our heartfelt congratulations.
