Thierry Rodon, Ph.D. is an adjunct Professor at the School of Public Policy and Administration at Carleton University and a Researcher with le Centre internuniversitaire d’études et de recherches autochtones de l’Université Laval. He specializes in northern policies and community development and has extensive experience of working with aboriginal communities and northern institutions on resource management, policy development and evaluation and community consultations.
