To lead Carleton’s commitment toward a fully accessible and inclusive campus, Carleton’s Strategic Integrated Plan recommended creation of a Coordinated Accessibility Strategy. As a result, Carleton put an accessibility lens on all areas of campus activity ― building, renovations, research, pedagogical development, student services and information technology ― for students and staff with visible and non-visible disabilities.
The Coordinated Accessibility Strategy Steering Committee is pleased to release the Coordinated Accessibility Strategy to the Carleton Community. This Strategy represents the diverse voices of our community and will provide a framework to guide our continued commitment toward a campus that is accessible for all students, employees, and visitors. The final version of the Coordinated Accessibility Strategy can be found on the Strategy webpage.
Thank you once again to the community for engaging in this collaborative process.
