The Institute of African Studies and the Department of English invite you to join us on Thurs., Nov. 3rd from 4-6 pm in DT 2017, Carleton University, for a dialogue on the cultural space afforded to Kenyan writer Ngũgĩ wa Thiong’o. A talk by Dr. Bryan Mukandi (School of Languages and Cultures, University of Queensland) will be followed by a conversation between Dr. Mukandi and Dr. Sarah Brouillette of Carleton’s Department of English.
