Dr Kamal Hossain gives an interview with Paddy Daly of VOCM radio on 12 March 2019 regarding Newfoundland Road and highway performance. In this interview, key issues related to pavement durability and possible improvements in roadway performance have been discussed. Dr Hossain has consistently advocated for improving pavement design and asphalt mixture selection in the province, including recommending the adoption of Superpave mix design for highway projects.
