CoCooN, at the University of Ghent studies the deposition and annealing of deposited materials using a variety of high-level techniques (including synchrotron X-ray diffraction). Our collaboration with this group will help us understand the deposition of gold metal by ALD, particularly in the initial stages of deposition.
