Robin Wisener
Robin Wisener is a senior policy advisor at Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC). For almost two decades Robin’s focus has been in the not-for-profit, charitable and social enterprise sector. From within government for almost 15 years she has been guiding strategy and funding to the use of social innovation tools for systems change, including the use of social finance. That work has been significantly informed by her Masters in Public Administration from Carleton University, where she studied social policy, social innovation, social finance, and program evaluation and benefited from tutelage of Dr Susan Phillips. Robin has a BA in Economics from McGill University in International trade and finance, and she is a graduate of Getting to Maybe: A Social Innovation Residency 2017 cohort.
